A Very 'Harry' Predicament, I know corny

Okay! So yesterday, me and my dad decided to venture out into the cold night to get the last Harry Potter book. Boy, was I excited. So we decided to go to Borders. First we pasted Barnes and Noble and the line was crazy, there was even a news crew there! I swear, those people must have waited for like seven hours. Here's a visual.

So we continued driving to Borders and the line didn't look too to bad. We waited for about forty minutes and then found out we were in a line to get iinto a line to get into another line to register in to get into another line. Anyways, we got to the front of the line and it  turned out we had to have a reserved copy but they would see if they could maybe fit us in to get a copy around one in the morning. So yeah, I was dissapointed but thanked my dad anyways. Next, Dad decided not to give up and took me to Walmart, another huge ass line. I mean c'mon! Walmart!!!! Finally we adimitted defeat and decided to go home. As we were driving back we saw Hastings. So Dad said I should go in and see whats up and report back to him. I went in, without getting my hopes up, and lo behold saw another big line. But, in this line everone was holding a book. So I tried to find where they had them but to no avail! I asked a saleslady exspecting her to lead me to a huge line but she just told me to go to the back. I followed her directions and found one couple ahead of me getting two books easily. No line whatsoever! They had boxes upon boxes of books. I squealed and ran out to Dad so we could get it. I swear, I felt like Hastings was the drug-dealer of Harry Potter books. It was so easy!!! So we got home at one in the morning, told everyone about our adventurs, decided we could've bought like twenty Harry Potter books and sold them outside of other establishments (we were kidding of course), and went to bed. I spent most of today reading it and enjoyed it immensly. Some parts were predictable while others were very shocking! The most shocking part? NORBERT'S A GIRL!!!! O_o All in all a very good read!
